FONSECA’S PLACE is a newly built 32 bedroom hotel facility located at No. 2 Paulina Ewherido Close, beside General Hospital, Ekpan, Warri, Delta State.

The hotel environment is well secured, comfortable and exquisite, from the standard room right through to our suites and kings getaway. The conceptual design and decoration were inspired to give our guests the sense of real residential comfort with that homely feel and ambience.

Our experience culinary team provides the best continental and national cuisine in this part of the country. 24 hours notice must be given by email regarding cancellation of reservations made in person or on behalf of a guest. Failure to do so attracts 15% charge of amount paid. Rooms booked without any deposit by the guest can be sold without notice before the booked period expires.For a No-Show guest the hotel will not make any refund.
