Beautiful Structure That Needs Management

This is a beautiful structure at a good location, but needs serious management. I was there for a function 2018 and checked into their executive suite. On getting to the third floor where my room was, everywhere was smelling of weed smoke.. The television in my room was working, but no remote and on complaining, they promised to bring them until I checked out I didn't get it. Only two stations were showing without any news channel. When asked, their reply was, those were the stations they were given by DSTV. I then asked for the WiFi key for my system. Their answer was, 'It has expired' and they even said it with all seriousness. I was short of laughing and thinking that seeing the manager could help, but no. I could see the frustration on the face of the lady at the reception. Went to the toilet to find that there was no towel and toiletries. When confronted, they said they have them in the dryer. They later brought a wet one. The shower curtain has not been cleaned for some time. You have to be careful of the lift as you need to press several buttons before it takes you to the wrong floor. When I asked for their menu by tipping the guy that helped with my things to the room, he told me that they have not had a menu since after the opening. He went and brought the cook who read out the dishes they had and were all local or fast food in nature. I was very hungry and had to go for one of the locals I have not had for some time. They brought the food without any cutlery. At this point, I just gave up. The list goes on. The unfortunate thing is that, quite a lot of money was spent on this place and all it needed was a good management.
