Not so great, no water, and the Ac is dripping water, plus no mob or rag to clean it

For comfort sake I checked my family into your Hotel, unfortunately rather than get comfort I seek, it has been total discomfort. First there was no water in the room, I complained yesterday when we came in as I was in the shower with soap all over my body and suddenly the water stopped running. The worst is this morning, not even a single drop to flush the toilet let alone for bathing. Is this a prison house? The towel sent to the room was torn.
