My Worst mistake.

This place shouldn't be a hotel or better get qualified indiduald to run it. How can I make a reservation and after 24 hrs.I arrived here only for me to kept at the reception for 1hr 35mins(6:13pm-7.48) because the room was still unkept who knows for how long. As if it wasn't enough the , when I got upset and question if this is how they treat their guests; the guy raised his voice asking if I wouldn't be patient I should forget about the booking and look ⏩ r somewhere else.Omagone the insult. I immediately reached out to hotels.ng on that night and wanted to opt for a refund.The same mgt still told hotels.ng that everything is fine that I've checked in while still displaying some funny /stupid attitude that night. I had to leave there the next morning as early as 6 am.
