Extremely and Terribly poor in service, facilities, and maintenance. I suffered greatly in that Inn. Staff are novices and local.

My stay at the hotel was just okay. My checking in and checking out went well. The reception I received was good too. The room I was given was cool and cozy. The bed was very comfortable with clean sheets. The bathroom was well cleaned and maintained. I had no issues whatsoever at the hotel. I liked the services that was rendered to me

The hotel is a very comfortable place to stay. I had a nice time there. The staff were nice and efficient. The room was clean and comfy. It had a good ambiance. The facilities available were fully functional.

Special thanks to Hotels.NG for the reservations. The hotel is very good, although the room rate is quite on the high side. The staff were really nice and friendly. The hotel has an elevator to ease customers the stress of climbing stairs which is very good. The POS was working perfectly and I was able to make payment easily. On a scale of one to ten, I would give them a seven or eight. It is a really good place to be

I had a nice time at the hotel because it had a lot of things that I really enjoyed using. I slept on the nice and soft bed that was carefully laid with the finest bed sheets and duvet that was very clean and alright for a good sleep. The environment was equally very peaceful and clean.

I had few issues with this hotel. Your rooms are kind of dirty, the towel you provided was damp, I couldn't use it. They were dead insect in the room. If you fumigate you should at least clean up. What I liked was the environment. It's a little ironic that the environment is clean but not the rooms. Please make these changes so you don't lose patronage.
