Work Visa from Kenya to Argentina
- This visa allows Kenyans to travel to Argentina for paid employment.
- Kenyans applying for this visa should ensure they have been offered a job in Argentina before initiating the application process.
- A letter, written on the company's letter and stating the address of the company and the applicant's job description is required from the employing company in Argentina.
- A copy of your employment contract which determines the terms of employment and signed by both the employer and the employee is to be submitted.
- A proof from your employer stating that there was no Argentine willing and available to take up the job before you were offered the job should be submitted to the embassy/consulate.
- Applicants of this visa who do not have the right qualification that matches the job they have been offered may not be issued this visa.
- Proof from your employer that you will not be paid below the country's minimum wage should be submitted to the embassy/consulate.
- If you are traveling with a minor, the original copy of the minor’s birth certificate and a notarized consent signed by both parents must be provided.
- A medical report from your local doctor stating that you are in good health should be submitted.
- All applicants are to appear in person for their interview at the embassy/consulate.
