Work Visa from Burundi to Italy
- This visa is issued to people who want to work in Italy for a period of time.
- Applicants of this visa need to get a work permit first.
- Finding jobs in Italy can be easier than in other European countries.
- Burundi nationals wishing to live and work in Italy can also apply for a Working Holiday Visa.
- Work permits must be applied for by the employer.
- Applicants are advised to apply for a residence permit as early as possible, ideally as soon as they have the employee contract.
- A copy of the employment contract signed by both the employer and the employee should be provided.
- You are expected to submit a copy of your Curriculum Vitae or resume during the visa application process.
- Original and photocopy of the Work permit issued by the Italian Immigration Office should be submitted.
- All the documents to be submitted should be provided in original and copy.
- It might take a few months to process your application so it is advised that applicants be conscious of which address receives their work permit.
