Work Visa from Nigeria to Czech Republic
- This visa is issued to foreigners who have been offered employment by an employer in the Czech Republic.
- An employment contract signed by both the employer and the employee should be provided. The letter should state the applicant’s job position and length of the employment contract.
- Proof that there was no citizen of the Czech Republic qualified to take up the job you have been offered is required.
- All applicants of this visa type are required to submit a copy of their Curriculum Vitae.
- You must be willing to leave the country on or before the expiry of your visa. Failure to do so will result in you being arrested and prosecuted.
- A medical certificate from a medical institution in Nigeria stating that the applicant is free of any contagious disease should be provided. The document should be in the Czech language and must have been issued within the last 6 months.
- A criminal record certificate issued by the Nigerian police and legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nigeria should be provided. If you ever stayed in another country which is not a country of residence for more than 6 months in the last 3 years, you have to present a criminal record from that country.
