Work Visa from Nigeria to Switzerland Description

This visa is issued to foreign nationals who have been offered employment by an employer in Switzerland.
The employment contract signed by both the employer and employee should be provided. The letter must state the job position offered to the applicant and the duration of employment.
Your prospective employer in Switzerland must file the application for a work permit at the responsible Office of Migration in Switzerland.
An authorization letter from the Cantonal Migration Authority should be provided.
You are expected to declare your arrival at the Foreigners Police or Town Registrar within the first 8 days of your arrival.
Proof that there was no Swiss national qualified to take up the job that you were offered is required.
A copy of your curriculum vitae should be provided.
Non-Nigerians are required to provide a copy of their residence permit.

Passport with a validity of at least 3 months from the intended period of exiting the country. The passport should have at least two blank pages for the necessary stamp.
Duly completed visa application form signed by the applicant.
Two recent passport-sized photographs with a white background. The photo should follow the specification for a visa application.
Original copy of bank statement from the past three months prior to the period of visa application. This is proof of a steady and continuous flow of funds.
Travel insurance which has sufficient medical coverage. The insurance should be valid for the duration of your stay in the country.
Proof of civil status.
Proof of accommodation for the period you will be staying in the country.
Copy of return flight ticket.
