The Work Visa is issued to foreigners who have been offered employment by an employer in the country.
Your work contract with the German company should be provided. The contract should include your job position, salary level, and length of employment.
Consent of the German Federal Employment Agency must be obtained by the applicant before initiating the visa application process.
Proof of previous academic studies, professional training, or work experience should be provided.
Applicants of this visa are required to present old documents such as, vaccination card, library card, etc. which verifies their identity.
A copy of your Curriculum Vitae or resume is required.
You are required to be in possession of a copy of your birth certificate from the National Population Commission.
Applicants of this visa should note that their visa application will be rejected if their application is incomplete.

Passport with a validity of more than 6 months from the intended period of exiting the country. The passport should have at least two blank pages for the necessary stamps.
Correctly completed visa application form duly signed by the applicant.
Two recent passport-sized photographs with a white background. The photo should follow the specification for a visa application.
Bank statement from the past three months prior to the period of visa application. This is proof of a steady and continuous flow of funds.
Travel insurance which has sufficient medical coverage. The insurance should be valid for the duration of your stay in the country.
Proof of civil status.
Proof of accommodation for the period you will be staying in the country.
Copy of return flight ticket.
Travel itinerary.
