Work Visa from Kenya to Kazakhstan
- The Work Visa is issued to foreigners who have been employed by an employee to work in Kazakhstan.
- Before initiating the visa application process, the applicants of this visa should ensure they have been offered employment in the country.
- The letter of employment signed by your employer in Kazakhstan should be provided. The letter should state the terms of the employment contract.
- Your employer in Kazakhstan should provide proof that you will not be paid below the minimum wage while you are working.
- Proof that there was no citizen of Kazakhstan willing and available to take up the job you were offered is required.
- A copy of the work permit from Kazakhstan is required.
- The Work Visa will not be issued to foreigners who do have the right qualification for the job they have been offered.
- A report from the local police in Kenya which shows that the applicant has a clean criminal record should be provided.
