The Work Visa is issued to foreigners who have been offered employment by an employer in the country. Your work contract with the German company should be provided. The contract should include your job position, salary level, and length of employment. Consent of the German Federal Employment Agency must be obtained by the applicant before initiating the visa application process. Proof of previous academic studies, professional training, or work experience should be provided. Applicants of this visa are required to present old documents such as, vaccination card, library card, etc. which verifies their identity. A copy of your Curriculum Vitae or resume is required. You are required to be in possession of a copy of your birth certificate from the National Population Commission. Applicants of this visa should note that their visa application will be rejected if their application is incomplete.

Under normal conditions, the student visa is processed under 8 business days. All details must be filled in the application form as incomplete applications will not be processed. Day of issuance of visa is the first day of validity. Applicants are urged to apply within a period that doesn’t exceed sixty days of their travel date. The visa office may request additional documents beyond what is already listed.  In case your visa application was not approved, visa office is not required to provide the reasons.

Applicants are advised to be sure they have been offered a job in Argentina before initiating the application. A letter from your future employer should be submitted. The letter should be written on the company’s letterhead and should state the address of the company and your job description. Your employment contract which determines the terms of employment signed by both the employer and the employee is required. Your employer will need to provide p roof that there was no Argentine willing and available to take up the job before you were offered the job. Applicants of this visa who do not have the right qualification which matches the job they have been offered may not be issued this visa. Proof from your employer that you will not be paid below the minimum wage paid to citizens of the country. If you are traveling with a minor, the original copy of the minor’s birth certificate is required. A notarized consent signed by both the minor’s parent should also be submitted.

This is the type of visa issued to Nigerians intend ing to take up paid employment in Azerbaijan. Applicants of this visa should ensure they have been given employment by either a company or individual in Azerbaijan before initiating the visa application. A letter confirming y our employment in Azerbaijan should be presented. The letter should state the position you have employed in and the physical address of the company. A certificate of good conduct should be presented by the applicant. Applicants who have had previous convictions may not be issued this visa. A document which serves as proof that you will not be paid below the minimum wage in Azerbaijan is required. This visa will not be granted to applicants who do not have the right qualification that corresponds to the job they have been offered. Y ou are required to leave the country once your visa expires.

The letter must state the job position offered to the applicant and the duration of employment. Your prospective employer in Switzerland must file the application for a work permit at the responsible Office of Migration in Switzerland. An authorization letter from the Cantonal Migration Authority should be provided. You are expected to declare your arrival at the Foreigners Police or Town Registrar within the first 8 days of your arrival. Proof that there was no Swiss national qualified to take up the job that you were offered is required. A copy of your curriculum vitae should be provided. Non-Nigerians are required to provide a copy of their residence permit.

Nigerians intending to work in Turkey requires a work visa and permit. This permit is issued by the Turkish Ministry of Labour and Social Security (MLSS). Most foreigners should apply for their work permits concurrent to their work visas. This means that you will submit your work visa application materials to the Turkish embassy or consulate in your home country, while your employer submits the required documents to the MLSS. It is also possible, however, to apply for a work permit from inside Turkey. Foreigners are eligible to do so if they have already been issued a residence permit with a remaining validity of at least six months. Foreigners who entered Turkey as tourists are not eligible for work permits. Regardless of whether you apply for a work permit from inside or outside of Turkey, you will need to have an employment contract or job offer. Once you and your employer have submitted your application, the MLSS will process the application within 90 days. If your application is approved, you must travel to a Turkish embassy in person to have the work visa and permit stamped into your passport.

Non-Nigerians are required to provide a copy of their residence permit.

The letter must state the job position offered to the applicant and the duration of employment. A copy of your work permit is required. Proof that there was no Swedish national qualified to take up the job that you were offered is required. A copy of your curriculum vitae should be provided. Proof of the incentive of returning to your home country at the expiry of your visa is required. Non-Nigerians are required to provide a copy of their residence permit. If you will be accompanied to Sweden by your family member, you can apply for the visa on their behalf.

Unlike countries with a separate work visa category, foreigners who intend to work in Egypt must simply apply for a work permit. The application process may be rigorous and time-consuming. The first step of applying for an Egyptian work permit is obtaining the application form from the nearest Ministry of Manpower and Training Office. Because work permit applications require the participation of the foreigner's employer, it is not possible to obtain a work permit without a solid job offer from an employer in Egypt. Another essential item is an approval from Egypt’s State Security Service showing that you are not a threat to national security or public safety. This can be obtained through a division at the Ministry of Manpower and Training office. Finally, you will need to pay a registration fee of about $60 to complete the process.

If you’re planning on taking a job in Malta you might need to get a work visa first. A worker from a non-EU country must first obtain a visa to enter Malta and then apply for the residence/work permit once in Malta. Work permits in Malta are employer-specific (although there can be exceptions), occupation-specific, and location-specific, and are normally valid for one year. If you are not a citizen of an EU country, you need an employment license in order to be able to work in Malta. EU nationals [except citizens of Croatia], EEA and Swiss nationals do not require an employment license to work in Malta.
