The transit visa is issued to Nigerians transiting through the UAE to their destination countries.
The applicant must be in possession of a valid passport.
Applicants passport-sized photograph which is not later than 6 months from date of travel.
The transit visa is valid for 24 hours.
You must make use of this visa within the first 14 days of its issuance.
The transit visa can only be issued by the UAE airline you are travelling to your destination country through.
You are also required to have an onward ticket to your next destination.
A transit visa must be processed and approved before travelling to the UAE.

An original Nigerian passport with at least 6 months' validity from the expected time of entry and exit.
One(45mm x 35mm) passport-sized photograph taken in a light-colored background with no shadows.
A completed and signed visa application form.
Proof of financial sufficiency that covers the duration of stay.
Applicants should have confirmed return flight tickets.
Valid travel insurance is needed to be tendered.
A copy of your itinerary during the duration of the visit.
Recent passport-sized photograph taken with a white background that follows the passport format for visa application.
Applicants passport with a validity of at least 6 months from the time of travel.
A letter of invitation from a friend or relative a traveler is going to visit should be presented.
