Applicants of this visa have the intention of transiting through Portugal to their destination country.
This visa allows you to board a connecting flight from an airport in Portugal to your destination country.
You are required to be in possession of the visa and other entry permits of your destination country.
Flight ticket of the destination country should be provided.
During your time in the country, you are not allowed to engage in business activities.
Applicants who are under the age of 18 years should provide a copy of their birth certificate. If they are traveling with one or none of their parents, a letter of consent signed by both their parents is required.
Proof of payment of visa fee is required.
You are expected to leave Portugal on or before this visa expires.

Passport with a validity of at least 3 months from the intended period of exiting the country. The passport should have at least two blank pages for the necessary stamp.
Duly completed visa application form signed by the applicant.
Two recent passport-sized photographs with a white background. The photo should follow the specification for a visa application.
Original copy of bank statement from the past three months prior to the period of visa application. This is proof of steady and continuous flow of funds.
Travel insurance which has sufficient medical coverage. The insurance should be valid for the duration of your stay in the country.
Proof of civil status.
Proof of accommodation for the period you will be staying in the country.
Copy of return flight ticket.
