Foreigners applying for this visa are those who have the intention of engaging in business activities in Sweden.
This visa allows you to negotiate and sign business contracts with your business partners during meetings.
Applicants of this visa can attend trade fairs, conferences, and business summits while they are in Sweden.
If you will be participating in conferences, trade fairs, or seminars an invitation from the company or an authorized body to attend events should be provided.
A letter of invitation from the inviting company in Sweden stating the duration and purpose of the applicant’s visit is required.
The letter should state who will be financially responsible for the applicant during his/her time in the country.
A letter from the applicant’s employer in Nigeria should be provided. The letter should introduce the applicant and confirming continuing employment after the duration of the applicant’s business leave.
Non-Nigerians applying for this visa from Nigeria are required to present a copy of their Nigerian residence permit.
Both original and photocopies of all the required documents should be provided during the visa application.
The required documents to be submitted should be in Swedish or English language.

Passport with a validity of at least 3 months from the intended period of exiting the country. The passport should have at least two blank pages for the necessary stamp.
Duly completed visa application form signed by the applicant.
Two recent passport-sized photographs with a white background. The photo should follow the specification for a visa application.
