Student Visa from Philippines to Denmark
- This visa type is for visa applicants who wish to travel to Denmark to study in an academic institution.
- The study visa permits its holder to remain in Denmark for a duration of 3 months.
- Before you apply for the student visa, you must have received an admission offer to study in Denmark from a Danish educational institution.
- If an applicant's study would exceed 3 months, the applicant should apply for a long-stay study visa.
- Applicants are to submit a valid passport with a validity of not less than 6 months from the proposed date of travel.
- A copy of the passport's biometric data should be submitted.
- Applicants are to submit their previous passports together with the current one if any.
- You must have been accepted to study in one of the institutions in the country before this visa is issued to you.
- A letter of acceptance written with the official letterhead of the school you have been accepted into is required.
- Certificates and transcripts from previously attended schools should be provided.
- A copy of your stay permit in Philippines should be provided for non-citizens.
- Foreign students may work in Denmark part-time when school is in session and full-time when the school is on break.
- Proof of academic qualification for the intended course of study should be submitted by the applicant.
- Proof of financial sufficiency that covers applicants' duration of stay must be provided in order to travel to Denmark to study.
- Proof of part or full payment of tuition fee should be submitted.
- This visa may be extended to cover the period of your study.
- Proof of accommodation in the form of a dormitory contract or rental agreement should be submitted.
- If you are a minor traveling without your parents, a letter of consent signed by both your parents should be provided.
- Also, an unabridged original copy of your birth certificate is required.
- Receipt of paid visa application form is required.
- To study in Denmark, you must provide proof of some proficiency in the Danish language.
