Student Visa from Ethiopia to Israel
- The Israeli student visa (A2) is issued to foreign nationals who intend to travel to Israel to study.
- Before you apply for the Israeli student visa, you must have been offered admission to study in an educational institution in Israel. The letter must be signed by a university representative.
- Your Ethiopian passport used for your visa application must be valid for at least 6 months after your program ends.
- You are to fill an A2 visa application form, sign it and submit it with 2 recent colour passport photos (5x5 cm).
- Travel insurance that covers the first month of your stay in Israel must be provided.
- A formal invitation from the university in Israel stating room, board, health insurance and the starting and finishing date of your program.
- The original copy of your birth certificate must be submitted.
- You should also provide proof that you can provide for your financial needs while in Israel, including paying the tuition.
- Proof of payment of the visa fee (ETB 1320) must be provided.
- You can send the documents via DHL but must pay for the return way fee as well.
