Student Visa from Nigeria to France Description

This visa is issued to foreign nationals who have the intention of studying in any of the academic institutions in the country.
Before initiating the visa application process, ensure that you have been accepted into the institution of your choice.
Applicants of this visa must not be less than 18 years of age.
A certificate of enrolment from the institution that has accepted you should be provided. It should state the course the applicant will be studying and the duration of the applicant’s study.
Foreigners who intend to study a specialization in France by working as a medical intern during the duration of their studies are eligible to apply for this visa.
A copy of the certificates and transcripts obtained from the schools previously attended by applicants is required.
Minors applying for this visa are required to be in possession of the original copy of their birth certificate.
This visa covers the duration of the applicant’s study.

A Nigerian passport with a validity of more than 6 months from the intended period of exiting the country. The passport should have at least two blank pages for the necessary stamp.
Correctly completed visa application form duly signed by the applicant.
Two recent passport-sized photographs with a white background. The photo should follow the specification for a visa application.
Bank statement from the past three months prior to the period of visa application. This is proof of a steady and continuous flow of funds.
Travel insurance which has sufficient medical coverage. The insurance should be valid for the duration of your stay in the country.
Proof of civil status.
Proof of accommodation for the period you will be staying in the country.
Copy of return flight ticket.
Copy of travel itinerary.
Applicants are to provide proof of the paid visa application fee.
The parents/legal guardians have to sign the form if the applicant is a minor.
A police report showing the traveler does not have a criminal record.
Documentation confirming the purpose of travel.
Documentation showing applicant’s ties to their home country.
Medical insurance that covers the duration of stay.
