Transit Visa from Nigeria to Slovakia
- Slovakia transit visa is issued for the purpose of passing through Slovakia to other countries.
- Type A is the airport transit visa. This visa allows the individual to only pass through the international transit area and not enter other territories.
- The type A transit visa is for brief stop-overs during the trip.
- Type B is called the transit visa which entitles travelers from one non-schengen country to another non-schengen country to pass through the schengen states. It is valid for up to 5 days.
- A transit visa application requires that the individual presents the visa for the next destination and an onward flight ticket.
- Holders of transit visas are not allowed to engage in tourist activities.
- All visa types allow several entries into Slovakia (multiple-entry visa).
- A consular interview is required for all visa applicants.
- The embassy at Abuja can hardly be contacted via phone, all inquiries should be made through emails instead.
