Official Visa from Kenya to Estonia
- This visa is for government officials who are visiting Estonia to foster the relationship between the government of Estonia and Kenya.
- This visa is only issued on the grounds of meetings, consultations, negotiations, exchange programs, other events held in Estonia by intergovernmental organizations
- A diplomatic note from the Kenyan government stating the purpose of your journey and the schedule of your meetings is required.
- The original copy of the invitation letter from the Estonian government is required.
- Applicants of this visa are Heads of State, Consular officers, ministers, and African Union representatives.
- Travel itinerary or round trip reservation should also be submitted.
- Medical travel insurance that is acceptable in any Schengen state is required.
- If the purpose of your visit to the country is non-official, you will not be issued this visa. Only Head of States is exempted from this.
- Minors should ensure they have the original copy of their birth certificate. If minors are traveling with one or neither of their parents, notarized travel permission is required.
- Diplomats can attend conferences and meetings while you are in the country.
- Bearers of this visa are not allowed to take up a course of study or be paid for services they render in the country.
- A valid means of identification of the applicant is mandatory.
- An extension to the official visa is only possible in exceptional cases.
