Official Visa from South Africa to Mexico
- The official visa allows South African diplomats to visit Mexico to foster bilateral relationships between both countries.
- A diplomatic note indicating the duration and purpose of the visit as well as your status in the government should be presented.
- A letter from the Mexican government is also needed.
- Applicants of this visa do not need to apply in person as the required documents can be couriered to the embassy.
- Holders of this visa are not allowed to be paid for services rendered while in the country.
- The visa is free and is valid for 180 days.
- If you are travelling with your spouse, then the original copy of your marriage certificate should be provided.
- You are advised to be immunized against Zika virus before traveling to Mexico.
