Medical Visa from Niger to Greece
- If you seek medical treatment from any medical facility in Greece, then this visa type is for you.
- If you are accompanying someone who seeks medical assistance in any hospital in Greece, then this visa type is also for you.
- You are to submit a referral letter from a physician in Niger stating your medical issues and that the treatment can not be gotten anywhere in Niger but in Greece.
- A medical attestation from the hospital or doctor in Greece, confirming the date of appointment as well as your medical situation is to be submitted.
- A letter of employment from your employer in Niger including information on leave of absence must be submitted.
- Proof that medical fees have been paid is also to be submitted. This may be in the form of a receipt or payslips that indicate payment to the hospital in Greece.
- Minors must ensure they possess the original copy of their birth certificate.
- If they are traveling with one of their parents, a document of consent which is signed by both parents of the minor should be provided.
