Medical Visa from Kenya to Germany
- Kenyans who apply for the medical visa are usually referred for advanced medical treatment in Germany.
- During the visa application process, you are required to present a referral letter from your local physician with your medical diagnosis.
- Your physician should also provide a valid reason why the illness cannot be treated in Kenya.
- This visa does not allow its applicants to take up permanent residence in the country.
- Whilst in the country with this visa, you are not allowed to take up part-time or full-time courses in any of the schools.
- You are not permitted to be employed during your time in the country.
- Children below 18 are to submit their original birth certificate along side a consent letter from one or both parents.
- Proof of payment of the applicants medical fees should be submitted.
- Applicants whose medical bills will be taken care of by an organization should ensure they have proof of this. This may be in the form of a letter written by the organization.
- At the end of your treatment in the country, you are expected to leave the country.
