Medical Visa from Egypt to Japan
- Applicants of this visa are those who are traveling to Japan to seek and receive medical treatment that cannot be gotten in their home country
- Foreigners applying for this visa should provide a report from their local physician stating the nature of the applicant’s ailment and the reason the treatment will be best gotten in Japan.
- A report from the medical institution willing to treat the specific ailment that the applicant of this visa has is required.
- Proof that the applicant has sufficient means to cover the medical bills and any other extra costs that may arise.
- If you are under the age of 18 years, the original copy of your birth certificate is required. A notarized consent signed by both parents of the minor should be provided if the applicant is traveling with one or none of his/her parents.
- You are not allowed to take up paid or unpaid employment during your visit to the country.
- Foreigners are expected to leave the country on or before this visa expires.
- Proof of payment of visa application fee is required.
