Medical Visa from Egypt to Ukraine
- This visa is issued to foreigners who are traveling to Ukraine to seek or receive medical treatment that cannot be gotten in their home country.
- A letter from the applicant’s doctor in Egypt stating the nature of the illness of the applicant.
- An official letter from the receiving doctor or medical institution is required. The letter should state confirmation from the medical institution that it can administer the specific treatment needed by the applicant.
- Any other correspondence between the local doctor and the doctor in Ukraine should be provided.
- Applicants who are not citizens of Egypt should ensure they submit a copy of their Egyptian residence permit.
- If you are a minor, the original copy of your birth certificate carrying both names of your parent is required. If you are traveling with one or none of your parents, a notarized consent signed by both parents of the minor should be provided.
- Proof that the applicant can afford the medical fees and any other extra costs that may arise while in the country.
- You are expected to abide by all the rules guiding this visa.
- A document which shows that the applicant has the incentive of returning to their home country is required.
