Medical Visa from Egypt to Czech Republic
- The Medical Visa is issued to foreign nationals visiting the Czech Republic for medical treatment that cannot be gotten in their home country.
- Applicants are required to provide a certificate from a medical institution in Egypt stating the medical history of the patient and the kind of medical treatment that is needed.
- A letter from the receiving medical institution in the Czech Republic stating that it can perform the specific treatment needed by the applicant. The contact information of the medical institution and the duration of medical treatment should be stated in the letter.
- Proof of financial arrangements made for medical costs is required.
- Minors are required to present the original copy of their birth certificate which bears the names of their parents.
- Foreigners are not allowed to take up paid or unpaid employment or study during their time in the country.
- You are expected to leave the country as soon as your treatment ends.
- Foreigners in the country for medical purposes are not allowed to take up permanent residence.
