Tourist Visa from Nigeria to Libya Description

Nigerians traveling to Libya for tourism purposes can apply for the Libyan tourist visa.
The Libyan tourist visa is valid for 30 days.
Visitors travelling to Libya for touristic purposes are required to convert US$1,000, or equivalent, in freely convertible cash or debit the amount from a valid credit card upon arrival. Failure to do so will result in the traveler being refused entry.
Foreigners visiting a resident, provided holding proof of sponsorship covering entire stay and those traveling as part of a paid tourist package are exempted from this.
Proof of vaccination of yellow fever must be provided.
The export of local currency is prohibited.
Libya's economy operates on a “cash-only" basis for almost all transactions, so foreigners are advised to take enough cash.
Within three days of arrival in Libya, visitors must register at the police station closest to where they are residing.
When in Libya, Carry proof of citizenship and valid immigration status at all times. Make contingency emergency plans and maintain situational awareness at all times.
You may be detained for questioning if you do not have your passport with you.
It is illegal for foreigners to take pictures of certain buildings, especially military and government facilities.
The importation and consumption of alcohol, pornography, and pork products are illegal in Libya.

A Nigerian passport valid for at least 6 months from the intended arrival date and must have 2 blank pages for visa stamp.
