Transit Visa from Nigeria to France Description

This visa is issued to foreigners who have the intention of transiting through France to their destination country.
You must remain in the airport’s international zone while waiting for the transfer to your flight destination.
Visa and other entry permits to your destination country is required.
Flight ticket of the destination country should be provided.
There are three types of airport transit visa; a one-way ATV, a return ATV, and a multiple ATV.
Holders of this visa are not allowed to work or be enrolled in any of the academic institutions in the country.
Minors applying for this visa are required to be in possession of the original copy of their birth certificate.
You are expected to leave this visa on or before this visa expires.

A Nigerian passport with a validity of more than 6 months from the intended period of exiting the country. The passport should have at least two blank pages for the necessary stamp.
Correctly completed visa application form duly signed by the applicant.
Two recent passport-sized photographs with a white background. The photo should follow the specification for a visa application.
Bank statement from the past three months prior to the period of visa application. This is proof of a steady and continuous flow of funds.
Travel insurance which has sufficient medical coverage. The insurance should be valid for the duration of your stay in the country.
Proof of civil status.
Proof of accommodation for the period you will be staying in the country.
Copy of return flight ticket.
Copy of travel itinerary.
Applicants are to provide proof of the paid visa application fee.
The parents/legal guardians have to sign the form if the applicant is a minor.
A police report showing the traveler does not have a criminal record.
Documentation confirming the purpose of travel.
Documentation showing applicant’s ties to their home country.
Medical insurance that covers the duration of stay.
