Business Visa from Nigeria to Slovakia
- This visa is for the purpose of conducting business, attending a conference or training.
- Holders of this visa are not allowed to take up any form of employment or engage in manual labor.
- It allows a maximum stay of 90 days in 6 months after which you must return to Nigeria.
- A letter from the host company in Slovakia is required before you can apply for this visa.
- The company must be a registered company and the letter should introduce the applicant, state the reason for the trip and who the sponsor of the trip would be.
- A cover letter from your Nigerian employer is required. It should introduce the applicant and state that the applicant has permission to travel.
- The cover letter should be printed on the company’s letterhead and signed.
- Self-employed applicants should submit an incorporation letter and proof of up-to-date income tax returns (ITR).
- Pension allowance slip should be presented for retired applicants.
- Applicants who want to work must acquire a Slovak work permit. It is granted when the limit for season work is a maximum of 180 days per year.
- You will be deported for overstaying your visa regardless of how valid your reasons may be.
