Tourist Visa from Nigeria to Czech Republic

• This visa is issued to foreign nationals traveling to the Czech Republic for the purpose of sightseeing, recreation, and relaxation. This visa can be issued as a single-entry visa, double-entry visa, or a multiple-entry visa. The Tourist Visa can also be used as an airport transit visa.
• Nigerians who have the intention of visiting a friend or relative in the Czech Republic are eligible to apply for this visa.
• A written and signed invitation letter from your host in the Czech Republic is required. The letter must be verified by the Czech Alien Police Inspectorate.
• You are required to provide proof of the relationship between you and your host in the Czech Republic.
• Applicants of this visa should be able to provide proof of being able to afford a minimum of 1100 CZK every day of their stay in the country if the total duration of their visit is not more than 30 days. If their stay in the Czech Republic is going to be for more than 30 days, they should be able to afford 33000 CZK. 
• Non-Nigerians residing in Nigeria are required to present a copy of their Nigerian residence permit.
• Minors traveling with one or none of their parents are required to present a letter of consent signed by both their parents. A copy of your birth certificate should be provided. Minors are also required to be in possession of a copy of both parents ID card or passport
• If you are employed, a letter of employment from your employer should be provided. The letter must state your job position, salary level, length of employment, and duration of your leave. The name and contact information of the person authorized to sign the letter should also be clearly stated in the letter.
• Proof of commercial activities in Nigeria or abroad should be provided.
• Receipt of payment of visa application is required. The Nigerian naira is the only accepted means of payment received by the embassy.

• A certificate from the applicant’s physician or medical institution in Nigeria confirming the need for the specific treatment to be provided in the Czech Republic should be provided.
• An official letter from the receiving medical institution in the Czech Republic confirming that it can perform the medical treatment needed by the applicant is required.
• You are required to provide proof of pre-payment of the medical fee and proof of sufficient means to cover all other related expenses.
• Any other correspondence between the sending and receiving medical institutions should be provided.
• You are expected to leave the country as soon as this visa expires.

• Proof that the applicant has sufficient funds to pay their tuition fee and any other extra fee that may arise while in the country is required.
• Applicants are required to provide a medical report from a medical institution in Nigeria stating that the applicant does not suffer syphilis, tuberculosis, and any other contagious disease. This document must be translated into the Czech language and must be issued within the last 6 months.
