  Tourist Visa from Philippines to Azerbaijan

  • This visa is issued to the Philippines traveling to Azerbaijan for tourism purposes.
  • A valid passport.
  • Completely filled visa application form by the applicant.
  • International passport. Your international passport should be valid and must have a validity of at least 6 months at the time you wish to enter Azerbaijan. 
  • The travel passport should also have 2 blank pages for the visa stamp.
  • Two recent passport photograph with a white background 
  • Flight Reservation. This document should show when you intend to enter and exit Azerbaijan.
  • Travel Insurance
  • A letter of invitation from the host/company.
  • Proof of returning back to your destination country.
  • Proof of business proposal.
  • Provide documents that show you will be able to support yourself financially for the duration of your stay in Azerbaijan.
  • A recent bank statement
  • Hotel reservation voucher. If you will be staying in a hotel while in Azerbaijan, provide a document showing that you have made a reservation.

  Work Visa from Philippines to Azerbaijan

  • This visa is issued to the Philippines traveling to Azerbaijan for an employment reason
  • A completely filled visa application form
  • Two recent passport-sized colored photographs taken against a white background. Please do not use a stapler when attaching the photograph to the application. Photos must be clear and of good quality and be printed on proper photo paper.
  • Valid Original Passport.
  • Proof of educational qualification and curriculum vitae.
  • Your passport must be valid for at least six months after the expiry date of the requested Azerbaijani visa. In order to be able to apply for a multiple entry visa, you need to have 2 facing blank pages in your passport.
  • Letter of Invitation from the organization in Azerbaijan.
  • Civil status (if married, a marriage certificate should be submitted) Letter of authorization from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Republic.
  • Letter of employment from the organization in Azerbaijan.

  Business Visa from Philippines to Azerbaijan

  • This visa is issued to the Philippines traveling to Azerbaijan for business purposes.
  • Completely filled visa application form by the applicant.
  • Invitation letter from the company in Azerbaijan along with the address and phone number along with their detailed address accompanied with the dates of your visit.
  • A certificate from your employer stating/allowing your business travel.
  • If there were previous trade relations between your company and the Azerbaijani company, proof must be provided.
  • Proof of sufficient funds to finance stay.
  • Business bank statement for the latest 6 months.
  • Memorandum and Article of Association in original certified copy, Trade License (first issued and present renewal), Proprietorship/Partnership documents.
  • The employer or the partner company must state the coverage of expenses on the letter or invitation regarding the applicant’s expenses during a stay in Azerbaijan.
