General Requirements for Poland Visa
  • Passport with a validity of at least 3 months from the intended period of exiting the country. The passport should have at least two blank pages for the necessary stamp.
  • Duly completed visa application form signed by the applicant.
  • Two recent passport-sized photographs with a white background. The photo should follow the specification for a visa application.
  • Original copy of bank statement from the past three months prior to the period of visa application. This is proof of a steady and continuous flow of funds.
  • Travel insurance which has sufficient medical coverage. The insurance should be valid for the duration of your stay in the country.
  • Proof of civil status.
  • Proof of accommodation for the period you will be staying in the country.
  • Copy of return flight ticket.
  • Travel itinerary.

Poland Tourist visa

Eligibility

  • Applicants of this visa are foreign nationals who have the intention of visiting Poland for leisure and tourism.
  • This visa allows you to honor an invitation from your friend or relative who holds permanent residence in Poland.
  • An official invitation letter from your host in Poland is required. The letter must contain your name and date of birth as it appears on your passport. The purpose and duration of the visit must also be stated in the letter.
  • Your host should provide a copy of his/her Polish residence permit.
  • Applicants who are employed are required to be in possession of a letter from their employer. The letter must state the applicant’s job position, salary level, and length of employment.
  • Foreigners are not permitted to engage in business activities during their time in the country.
  • Non-Nigerians residing in Nigeria are required to provide a copy of their Nigerian residence permit.
  • Minors traveling with one or none of their parents are required to present a copy of their birth certificate and a notarized consent signed by both their parents.
  • Presenting fake or forged documents during the visa application will make you ineligible for this visa.

Poland Business visa

  • This visa is issued to foreigners who are traveling to Poland to engage in business activities during their time in the country.
  • Holders of this visa can negotiate and sign contracts business contracts with their partners during business meetings.
  • Applicants of this visa can attend trade fairs, conferences, and business seminars during their time in the country.
  • Proof of registration of conferences to be attended by the applicant should be provided during the visa application.
  • A letter of invitation from the inviting company in Poland stating the duration and purpose of the applicant’s visit is required.
  • A letter from the applicant’s employer in Nigeria should be provided. The letter should introduce the applicant and confirming continuing employment after the duration of the applicant’s business leave.
  • Non-Nigerians applying for this visa from Nigeria are required to present a copy of their Nigerian residence permit.
  • Both original and photocopies of all the required documents should be provided during the visa application.

Poland Medical visa

Eligibility

  • This Medical Visa is issued to citizens of Nigeria who are traveling to Poland to seek and receive medical treatment.
  • A medical report from the applicant’s local physician should be provided. The report should state the treatment needed by the applicant and the reason the treatment will be best gotten in the country.
  • A letter from the receiving medical institution in Poland stating willingness to treat the applicant is required.
  • Any other correspondence between the receiving and sending medical institution should be provided.
  • Proof that the applicant can pay the medical fee and any other extra fee that may arise is required.
  • Minors applying for this visa are required to be in possession of the original copy of their birth certificate.
  • You are expected to provide a letter from your employer confirming awareness and allowance of your business leave.
  • Submitting fake or forged document will result in you being denied this visa. You are also likely to be prosecuted for this.

  • Applicants of the Student Visa are those who have been offered admission to study a course in an academic institution in the country.
  • The original letter of admission from the institution that the applicant has been accepted to should be presented during the visa application.
  • You are required to be in possession of the receipt of the tuition fee paid to the institution in Poland.
  • An original guarantee letter explaining the details of the applicant’s financial situation is required.
  • Minors applying for this visa should ensure they are in possession of the original and two extra copies of their birth certificate.
  • You are required to present two copies of your curriculum vitae during the visa application.
  • Applicants of this visa are required to present original certificates they obtain from the schools they attended previously.
  • Proof of payment of visa fee is required.

Poland Work visa

  • This visa is issued to foreign nationals who have been offered employment by an employer in Poland.
  • The employment contract signed by both the employer and employee should be provided. The letter must state the job position offered to the applicant and the duration of employment.
  • A copy of your work permit is required.
  • Proof that there was no Polish national qualified to take up the job that you were offered is required.
  • Your potential employer in Poland must provide written information on how contact was made with the employee and how the employee skills were verified.
  • A copy of your curriculum vitae should be provided.
  • Proof of the incentive of returning to your home country at the expiry of your visa is required.
  • Non-Nigerians are required to provide a copy of their residence permit.
