Business Visa from Guinea Bissau to Belgium
- Business individuals who intend look to travel to Belgium for business purposes can apply for a business visa.
- A letter from the Belgian company you want to visit should include detailed address, accompanied b the date and actual purpose of your trip.
- Applicants can attend a meeting or seminar, confirmation/invitation from the conference organizer/institution is required.
- A letter of invitation that explains how the expenses of the applicant are going to be covered during his/her travel is to provided.
- A ‘no-objection’ letter is required to validate your current status and assure the embassy that you have permission to travel. The letter can be obtained from your employer or school authorities.
- If you are employed, you will have to present a certificate from your employer stating or allowing your business travel.
- Your bank statement from the last 6 months is needed. Self-employed people will submit proof of business registration.
- Citizens of Guinea-Bissau who have this type of visa cannot be gainfully employed while in Belgium.
- You might not be granted entry even with a visa, if the Belgian border officer doesn't granted you approval.
- Without a stamp on your passport, you could be fined or detained in Belgium.
