Business Visa from Namibia to Canada
- Businessmen and businesswomen visiting Canada with the intention of engaging in business activities are eligible for this visa.
- Foreigners are allowed to negotiate and sign business contracts with their partners during business meetings.
- During your time in the country, you are allowed to attend trade fairs, conferences, and business seminars.
- A letter of invitation from the host company in Canada stating the nature of the business to be carried out and the duration of the business trip is required. The letter must be printed on the company’s letterhead and signed by an authorized signatory of the company.
- Business registration or a Letter of Recognition from the Canada Border Services Agency.
- Other documents such as warranty or service agreements, or contracts, if relevant to your visit.
- 24-hour contact details of your business host in Canada.
- Proof that you have enough money for both your stay in Canada and your return home.
- A letter from the applicant’s employer stating awareness and allowance of the business leave is required. The letter must also state the duration and the purpose of the business trip.
- The business letter must also indicate who will be financially responsible for the applicant during his/her time in the country.
- Proof of previous trade relations between the host company and sponsoring company must be provided if any.
- You are expected to return to your country at the expiry of this visa.
- Proof of payment of visa application fee is required.
