Business Visa from Rwanda to Vietnam
- Vietnam business visa is also referred to as A3, B2, B3 or B4 visa
- It is issued for exploration of business potentials, settling estates, and negotiating contracts
- Business visa can be used to purchase and sell business materials
- To obtain a business visa you are required to submit a letter from your employer. The letter, printed on the company’s letterhead should state the exact purpose and duration of the trip
- Just like the tourist visa, the business visa is also of single-entry and multiple-entry types both valid for 90 days
- Generally, it takes two days to process the visa but if you need the visa to be processed faster, you can apply for urgent processing
- There is currently no Vietnam visa application center in Rwanda so applicants have to go to any nearby country with a Vietnamese embassy or consulate
- Tanzania is the nearest country to Rwanda with a Vietnamese embassy. It is approximately a 1-hour 55-minute flight
- You are required to pay an additional fee of $25 for single-entry and $50 for multiple-entry. This fee is known as stamp fee and it is paid at the airport
