This visa is issued to foreign nationals who have the intention of engaging in business activities during their time in the country.
An official invitation letter from the Italian company should be provided. The letter must be written on the company’s letterhead and must state the duration and the purpose of the visit.
A letter from your employer in Nigeria should be provided. The letter should state the applicant’s job position and length of employment.
Proof of previous business dealings between the companies involved should be provided, if any.
You are not permitted to receive payment for the services you render during your time in the country.
Non-Nigerians should ensure they submit the copy of the Nigeria residence permit.
Submission of fake or counterfeit document will lead to visa denial.
All the documents should be submitted in original and copy.

Passport with a validity of more than 3 months from the intended period of exiting the country. The passport should have at least two blank pages for the necessary stamp.
Correctly completed visa application form duly signed by the applicant.
Two recent passport-sized photographs with a white background. The photo should follow the specification for a visa application.
Bank statement from the past three months prior to the period of visa application. This is proof of a steady and continuous flow of funds.
Travel insurance worth 30,000 euros and valid through all the Schengen areas.
Proof of civil status.
Proof of accommodation for the period you will be staying in the country.
Copy of return flight ticket.
Travel itinerary.
