Tourist Visa from Nigeria to Vietnam
- Tourist visa is granted to nationals of foreign countries who want to travel to Vietnam for tourist purposes.
- Other purposes such as visiting friends and relatives, finding new schools for your kids or exploring business opportunities are allowed with this visa.
- Taking up any course of study, no matter how short, is not allowed with this visa.
- Before travelling to Vietnam, you are required have a yellow card which is a proof of yellow fever vaccination. The yellow card must be signed by a renowned physician.
- A letter of invitation from your host, if you are visiting a friend, is required. The letter should state the duration of the trip, the purpose of visit and the relationship between the applicant and host.
- Minors should have an original copy of their birth certificate and a letter of authorization from their parents or legal guardian.
- All applicants are to ensure that they have a reservation for an accommodation. The reservation should be valid for the duration of stay.
- Duration of stay based on visa validity is 3 months for single entry and 3 months to 5 years for multiple entries.
- Basically, the single entry allows just one entry into Vietnam after which you have to apply for a new visa to re-enter the country. Multiple-entry allows numerous entries and exits with the same visa for as long as the visa is valid.
- Urgent processing of visa can be provided on request at a higher fee.
- You will be fined if you overstay your visa.
