Work Visa from Nigeria to Switzerland
- This visa is issued to foreign nationals who have been offered employment by an employer in Switzerland.
- The employment contract signed by both the employer and employee should be provided. The letter must state the job position offered to the applicant and the duration of employment.
- Your prospective employer in Switzerland must file the application for a work permit at the responsible Office of Migration in Switzerland.
- An authorization letter from the Cantonal Migration Authority should be provided.
- You are expected to declare your arrival at the Foreigners Police or Town Registrar within the first 8 days of your arrival.
- Proof that there was no Swiss national qualified to take up the job that you were offered is required.
- A copy of your curriculum vitae should be provided.
- Non-Nigerians are required to provide a copy of their residence permit.
