Medical Visa from Nigeria to Sweden
- This Medical Visa is issued to citizens of Nigeria who are traveling to Sweden to seek and receive medical treatment.
- A medical report from the applicant’s local physician should be provided. The report should state the treatment needed by the applicant and the reason the treatment will be best gotten in the country.
- A letter from the receiving medical institution in Sweden stating willingness to treat the applicant is required.
- Any other correspondence between the receiving and sending medical institution should be provided.
- Proof that the applicant can pay the medical fee and any other extra fee that may arise is required.
- Minors applying for this visa are required to be in possession of the original copy of their birth certificate.
- You are expected to provide a letter from your employer confirming awareness and allowance of your business leave.
- Submitting fake or forged document will result in you being denied this visa. You are also likely to be prosecuted for this.
