Work Visa from Nigeria to Poland
- This visa is issued to foreign nationals who have been offered employment by an employer in Poland.
- The employment contract signed by both the employer and employee should be provided. The letter must state the job position offered to the applicant and the duration of employment.
- A copy of your work permit is required.
- Proof that there was no Polish national qualified to take up the job that you were offered is required.
- Your potential employer in Poland must provide written information on how contact was made with the employee and how the employee skills were verified.
- A copy of your curriculum vitae should be provided.
- Proof of the incentive of returning to your home country at the expiry of your visa is required.
- Non-Nigerians are required to provide a copy of their residence permit.
