Business Visa from Nigeria to Chile
- Nigerians traveling to Chile for business must first secure a business visa.
- All documents submitted for the process of securing this visa must be originals or certified (notarized) copies.
- Documents provided by the applicant must be obtained only from accredited sources and departments.
- Business travelers coming to invest in Chile, as well as entrepreneurs intending to set up a business in the country, may be issued a temporary residence visa.
- This permit allows them to live in the country for a specified period of time.
- The temporary residence visa will allow you to live one year in the country and also apply for a work permit.
- After one year, you may apply for a permanent residency permit, provided that you are still maintaining your investment or business.
- When applying for a permanent visa you must attach to your application a letter stating why you want to become a Chilean permanent resident and your ties with the country.
- You will need the following documents for your business visa application:
- A certified copy of your passport
- Two passport-sized photographs
- Proof of income (what you earn)
- Documents certifying type of industry
- Proof of net worth
- Certified copy of Business License or Incorporation documents (if applicable)
- Proof of V.A.T. payment (if applicable)
- Employee payroll (if applicable)
- Original or certified copy of marriage certificate (if applicable)
- Original or certified copy of birth certificate (if applicable)
- Affidavit of support for dependents
- All the documents should be uploaded online. The application form is then printed and submitted alongside the passport for visa stamping.
