Business Visa from Nigeria to Austria
- This visa is issued to foreigners who have the intention of visiting Austria to engage in business activities.
- During your time in the country, you are permitted to negotiate and sign business contracts with partners.
- An official letter of invitation from the company in Austria should be provided. The letter must state the personal details of the applicant and also the duration and purpose of the applicant’s visit in Austria.
- Proof of previous trade relations between the host company and the sponsoring company should be provided, if any.
- Holders of this visa can attend and participate in trade fairs, conferences, and business seminars in the country.
- Applicants who intend to participate in conferences, trade fairs, and seminars are required to provide an invitation from the authorized body to attend events.
- A letter from the applicant’s employer in Nigeria should be provided. The letter must introduce the applicant and state continuing employment on return to the country.
- Non-Nigerians should ensure they provide their residence permit for Nigeria.
