Work Visa from Nigeria to Argentina
- The Argentinean work visa is for foreign workers or employees of foreign companies assigned to work in Argentina.
- A letter verifying the applicant’s employment is required.
- Applicants are advised to be sure they have been offered a job in Argentina before initiating the application.
- A letter from your future employer should be submitted.
- The letter should be written on the company’s letterhead and should state the address of the company and your job description.
- Your employment contract which determines the terms of employment signed by both the employer and the employee is required.
- Your employer will need to provide proof that there was no Argentine willing and available to take up the job before you were offered the job.
- Applicants of this visa who do not have the right qualification which matches the job they have been offered may not be issued this visa.
- Proof from your employer that you will not be paid below the minimum wage paid to citizens of the country.
- If you are traveling with a minor, the original copy of the minor’s birth certificate is required. A notarized consent signed by both the minor’s parent should also be submitted.
