Who is Audu Abubakar?

According to Wikipedia, Prince Abubakar Audu was born in 1947 and he has been governor of Nigeria’s Kogi state twice so far. The first time he came into power was in January 1992, and he was governor until November 1993. He contested on the 29th of May 1999 and his tenure ran until May 2003.

He recently ranfor – and won – the gubernatorial polls in Kogi state- again – before reportedly slumping and dying.
