Bar Hangout

Yes, you probably have a no-alcohol-at-work policy. Well, I hope you do. But hanging out with the team at a bar after work hours or on a weekend is harmless to company policy. There doesn't have to be alcohol served, if necessary. There's a ton of other things on offer at a bar anyway, but the idea is to get everyone together in an atmosphere where the conversation is not all work related. Such gatherings make do wonders for team bonding.

Plan a Trip to a Resort

You can also organize a trip for your entire team to some enchanting resort on the country side for a weekend. Cost doesn't have to be borne by the company alone. Pretty sure you could work out a way for everyone to contribute towards the trip and most of them would like the idea. Best way to go about this is to get on a hotel booking site and book hotel rooms for everyone before you all get to go for the trip.
