Lokoja Cemetery

This is the cemetery where Europeans as well as African missionaries and soldiers were buried. There are three different cemeteries in town, with the most prominent behind the main loading point of Kogi Travellers, the state’s official transportation service.
There are inscriptions about names of those buried, their professions, their addresses, with some bearing the origin, the nature of their death, etc.
