Lagos Carnival 2014
The Lagos Carnival is a time of fun, laughter and merriment. This year’s theme is “LASGIDI! Come have fun, the GIDI way!†and it is slated for Easter Monday, 21st April, 2014.
There is going to be a grand display of beautiful people, fabulous costumes and musical jamboree, all celebrating the magnificence and the rich culture of the people of Lagos. The Lagos Carnival usually kicks off with people parading the streets from Falomo in Ikoyi area of Lagos Island, through Awolowo Road and arrive at Tafawa Balewa Square. Some floats go through Ozumba Mbadiwe Road and Ahmadu Bello Way on Victoria Island on their way to the Tafawa Balewa Square.
