These are the requirements for a business visa to Zambia.
A copy of the fully completed visa application form that can be downloaded from the high commission website;
Two recent passport photographs with your signature on the back of each;
Supporting documentation regarding the business trip;
A cover letter specifying the nature of the intended business;
Flight itinerary or return air ticket;
Submit these documents with the visa fee to the Zambian embassy.
