Requirements

These are the requirements for a short-term business visa.

1. A Fully completed visa application form;

2. A Passport Photograph;

3. Flight booking confirmation slip;

4. Company bank statement for last 3 months;

5. Letter of employment(original and photocopy);

6. Introduction letter from employer;

7. Certificate of incorporation(original and photocopy);

8. Company tax clearance certificate(original and photocopy);

9. Letter of reason for invitation;

10. A certified copy of the incorporation register. Please note that a stock exchange-listed company does not need to submit a copy of the incorporation register or an overview of the company/organization if it submits its
    quarterly corporate report;

11. When there are two or more applicants, please provide a list of Visa Applicants;

12. Schedule of stay;

13. Letter of guarantee;
