Requirements
These are the requirements for a short-term business visa.
A Fully completed visa application form;
A Passport Photograph;
Flight booking confirmation slip;
Company bank statement for last 3 months;
Letter of employment(original and photocopy);
Introduction letter from employer;
Certificate of incorporation(original and photocopy);
Company tax clearance certificate(original and photocopy);
Letter of reason for invitation;
A certified copy of the incorporation register. Please note that a stock exchange-listed company does not need to submit a copy of the incorporation register or an overview of the company/organization if it submits its
quarterly corporate report;When there are two or more applicants, please provide a list of Visa Applicants;
Schedule of stay;
