The ice cream ingredients are imported from Italy with the exception of milk and sugar to enable us stay consistent, authentic and to replicate the feel of ice cream shops in Italy. To combat the age-old problem of supply and demand, Hatlab Place has invested in and created the most up-to-date gelato production facility.
